Winter (Dec 1st to April 15th)

• 1 BR - $3500 US per week
• 2 BR - $4200 US per week
• 3 BR - $5005 US per week
• 4 BR - $5810 US per week

Summer (April 16th to Nov 30th)

• 1 BR - $2450 US per week
• 2 BR - $2940 US per week
• 3 BR - $3503.50 US per week
• 4 BR - $4067 US per week

A deposit of 25% of the total is required to confirm your booking, along with a $200 damage deposit. The balance is due within 6 weeks of your arrival date. Deposits are refundable up to 6 weeks prior to your arrival date, after which they are non-refundable. Payments may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Certified Cheque or Bank Draft.
